The Conway Foundation is now accepting Toad Suck Daze grant request applications for 2027 programs and initiatives. Please review the grant request timeline, guidelines, eligible programs and initiatives and acknowledgements before submitting a completed and signed grant application request. The deadline to apply is October 13, 2026, and must be submitted through the online application process. 

 

Should an applicant receive funding, it is the applicant's responsibility to adhere to all Conway Foundation guidelines and acknowledgements. Failure to follow said guidelines and acknowledgements may result in the disqualification of the grantee’s application and/or the funding request being denied.

The Conway Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation formed for public benefit. Conway Foundation’s mission is to promote charitable, scientific, literary, cultural, economic and educational development activities and enhancements in the City of Conway and the surrounding area. ​​​Guidelines

• Incomplete applications may be disqualified for insufficient information. 

• If funded, the applicant is required to provide a digital report and/or presentation of the funded program or initiative on a date determined by the Conway Foundation. 

• If funded, the applicant should not assume subsequent funding will be provided. The applicant must re-apply each year.

• The Conway Foundation logo must be included in promotion of the program or initiative submitted. The Conway Foundation logo will be shared with the applicant upon grant acceptance. 

 

Eligible Programs and Initiatives

Grant applications which promote economic development, quality of place and improve access to education opportunities will be considered.

Waiver and Acknowledgements

• By submitting a grant application, you understand and agree to the timeline of a grant submission, guidelines for applying for and receiving funding and what qualifies as an eligible program and initiative.   

• The applicant agrees that the Conway Foundation is not responsible for liabilities, damages, or losses incurred by any participant in programs that utilize grant funds.  

• All programs and/or initiatives shall abide by local, state and federal laws. Furthermore, the program and/or initiative shall not discriminate based on race, religion, gender or any other protected class.  

• The grantor has the right to accept or reject all applications and that the submission of an application does not guarantee funding.

• If funded, the funds will be used solely for the purposes described in the application. Repayment of funds may be required if purposes of use change or if recipients do not follow reporting requirements.
